Who is this ebook suitable for?

Everyone! As a self-taught yogi, I started off not being able to touch my toes. I had to work incredibly hard for my flexibility, with the right stretches and flows I managed to achieve things I only ever dreamed about. I created my e-book to give you an insight into how I started my yoga journey - this is perfect for all levels of yogis, from beginner to advanced.

How do I know which ebook is suitable for me?

My first ebook is designed to help you practice yoga from the very beginning. It will help you form your own yoga sessions and build your knowledge of yoga. From poses to flows, how to progress etc. So if you want your splits, learn how to do full bow, King pigeon, flip your grip and crow then go for my first ebook.

My second ebook is a lot more advanced and won't help you with getting your splits or flipping your grip but it will teach you how to deepen your wheel, help you into forearm stands and handstands.You should be close to your splits, comfortable with your backbends, ok with headstands and crow to get the most out of 2.0. The second book covers: advanced splits, backbends, arm balances, inversions and flows + workouts!

Can I use it on all of my devices?

Yes! You can use it on any device. Make sure you have a pdf reader like iBooks or Adobe Acrobat Reader installed before downloading.

What method of payment do you offer?

You can pay via Card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

I have enough money available so why won't my payment go through?

Quite often the issue is with your bank and the fact that it is an international purchase. Please get in touch with them to resolve the issue.

How do I create a PayPal account?

How do I download the e-book once I have bought it?

You will be sent a confirmation email with a link to download your ebook. The download expires after 72 hours and is limited to 3 downloads.

Saving the PDF to iBooks on iPhone: Ensure you are using Safari After clicking the link in the download email the ebook will be fetched and then downloaded and opened. Once open please click on the little square with an arrow coming out of it (at the bottom of your screen) Then look for the Copy to iBooks option. Your ebook will be saved to iBooks and stay there. If there is no Copy to iBooks option, please click on "More..." and ensure that iBooks is a share option.

Saving the PDF to Android devices: On your Android tablet or phone. Open the file that you want to save as a PDF, and then tap File on your tablet or tap the File icon on your phone. If not already selected, tap Save as PDF on the drop-down list, and then tap Save. Choose a location for your PDF, enter a new name (optional), and then tap Save.

I didn't receive the email with the download link, what should I do?

Please check which email address you used when placing your order. You can also search for Jessica Olie in your emails.

My ebook won't download and I get a message to contact the vendor

This sometimes happens if you have an unstable internet connection and is also sometimes caused by the browser. Please make sure your internet connection is strong and try a different browser e.g. Chrome instead of Safari.

I received an error message saying I have exceeded my download limit. What should I do?

This happens a lot with phones - you may not even realise that you have tapped the link more than once. It is really important to wait after tapping the download button. Please contact my team at support@jessicaolie.zendesk.com with your order number and I will reset the link for you.

When I click on the link it says access has been removed. Why is this?

The link is only valid for 72 hours and you have 3 downloads available. Please contact my team at support@jessicaolie.zendesk.com with your order number and I will reset the link for you.

When I try to save my ebook it asks for a password. What do I need to do?

The only time you need a password is when you try to alter or copy the pdf file - this is for copyright protection reasons to prevent illegal sharing of the file. To open the file through Adobe Acrobat Reader and/or iBooks there is definitely no password required, and the same applies to saving the file.

On a computer, when you click the link in your download email the file will automatically download to your hard drive. You can then choose where to keep it - on your desktop, or in your documents folder for example. There is no password required for this.

You will not be able to send the file by email, which is why you are given 3 downloads - one each for laptop, phone and tablet.

When I tried to download my ebook I received an error message saying the page does not exist. What happens now?

In January 2016 we changed our digital delivery system. So if you bought your ebook before this date, Please contact my team at support@jessicaolie.zendesk.com with your order number/proof of purchase and I will send you a new link.

Yoga Mat Care Instructions

General Care:

  • Keep it away from oil or detergent to avoid slipping or etching;
  • Keep away from direct sunlight to avoid fading
  • Keep it away from sharp objects

Cleaning:

  • Wipe with a soft wet towel with a mild detergent, and leave to dry at room temperature, do not machine wash

Storing:

  • Wrap the mat, the the top side facing out, store in a cool dry place when not in use, away from direct sunlight

Making Orders & Payments

I entered the wrong address?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any amendments to your address after your order has been made.

Please double check your address when completing your order. Your item will be delivered to the address you enter and you will be responsible for retrieving the order.

If your order is returned to us because the address is incorrect, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded. You will then need to create a new order.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

For your security, we are unable to change the address your order is being sent to.

Don't worry – if you're not in when a delivery is attempted our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.

My card keeps getting declined

In most cases, if your card is declined it is due to your bank rejecting the payment.

This is because they may not recognise my domain. Try using a new card or ring your bank to tell them that you are making the transaction and then try again.

My product is faulty?

Your items may have natural wear and tear during the manufacturing process.

Each item is tested through machinery which can cause some thread to be undone. The quality and usability of each product is the same. Please note that all products will get lose overtime due to wear and tear and this does not make it faulty.

If you product has some other fault please contact support with your order id, email and pictures of the fault.

My purchase doesn't fit, can I return it?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges on physical products including clothing. This is due to the product being a limited release where all sales are final.

When you purchase any guide or digital product, you agree to no refunds as stated on the website. This is because the content is delivered instantly to the buyer and can be seen by the buyer.

  • If the transaction was not a genuine transaction (card fraud etc.)
  • If there was a duplicate order or payment.
